Slurry Mixing
Chloride Technical supply equipment for the manufacture of slurry to fill positive plates using the Chloride Filtration Fill System.
This involves mixing oxides, water and dilute sulphuric acid which is then used in the Chloride Filtration Fill Machine and pressure fed into a sleeved positive plate. Filling rates up to 7 plates per minute are achieved using this system. A full range of BS and DIN plates up to 155Ah can be easily filled using this method.
