Function:
The ,,PSB-H” works semi-automatically. The plate packages are placed and
removed manually. Several plate packages with approx. 15 plates each are
manually placed on the feed conveyor belt. The supply is sufficient for
10 minutes of operation. One plate is lifted each time by a suction unit
and placed on the processing surface. Parallel graspers transport the
plate from station to station. First, the plate lug is cut to length.
After stamping, both surfaces of the lug are brushed one after another
in separate stations. This prevents deformation. 10 finished plates are
automatically stacked on top of one another and placed on the delivery
conveyor belt.
Equipment:
Lug stamping and brushing machine ,,PSB-H” is completely ,,enclosed” and
designed for connection to the on-site suction system. The switchgear
cabinet with electronic control system is set up in a location separate
from the machine.
