KV 2-04 Automatic High Voltage Leak Tester Test acidity-filled Automotive Batteries on leakages Application-purpose: High Voltage Testing is a necessary quality test for filled and closed accumulators. The high voltage equipment is made with high voltage up to 12 kV (Option 15kV), various adjustable. The tester "KV 2/04" work as "stand alone" machine or is a part of the HADI Finishing-Line. Been suitable for all battery-sizes incl. Types A, B and C. |
Function:
The batteries will be tested at the weld seam (between lid and container) and also at the spraying points at the bottom of the container. By using a bottom plate (Finishing Line) respect, a V2A conveyor chain the spraying points are placed directly on the " testing electrode".
The testing lineals of the testing head adjust itself automatically for all batteries. The testing height of battery is adjusted motor-driven.
Defect batteries will be pushed onto the scrap table in front of the machine and can be taken safely.

Digital counters for:
A Touch panel in connection with SPS - control (S7 with Graph 7) show that this machine is technically current.
Via internet a fast data communication within a short time is possible (Option).
After start-up the HADI service Team will help you. Teleservice (Option) grants help within short time in the case of interruptions without long waiting time and without high costs.
